Diabetes mellitus: Expertise in managing Type1 Diabetes mellitus, Type 2 Diabetes mellitus, hybrid
forms of diabetes mellitus, various secondary causes of diabetes mellitus, and Gestational Diabetes
Mellitus. Highly skilled and experienced in diagnosing and treating various complications of diabetes
mellitus including diabetic retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy. In addition, experienced in
treating various macro-vascular complications of diabetes mellitus including cardiovascular diseases
and peripheral vascular disease. Further, I have a special interest in treating diabetic foot. Experienced
in a multi-disciplinary team approach in the management of non-healing ulcers, and successful
prevention of amputations.
